We ship all merchandise out of the United States.

If you are ordering internationally you may be subject to customs fees and fulfilment delays.

Please read product descriptions carefully as some items in the store are on preorder and will have delayed ship times. A product that is on preorder can be identified as such in the product description.

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time — All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment to P.O. boxes:

We do not ship to PO boxes

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive an order confirmation once your order has been confirmed and placed. This confirmation will outline your order contents and selected delivery method. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY // CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

We ship internationally! Please note that the Kygo Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DAMAGES

The Kygo Shop is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, however, please contact us if your order is lost or damaged by the carrier and we will file a claim for you.
